Alaska’s economic future depends on an innovative and highly trained workforce. Telecom professionals are on the forefront of life-changing infrastructure investments in Alaska. Over the next several years, roughly $2 billion in federal funding will bring broadband to unserved communities in rural Alaska. Many of these technical roles require formal apprenticeship training which result in high-paying careers. We partner with NECA/IBEW’s Alaska Joint Electrical Apprenticeship and Training Trust’s (AJEATT) for apprenticeship training.
